AeroTrain’s Model AS-70-2 Aircraft Wiring Practice Trainer is designed for providing hands-on training to the students.
The aircraft wiring training panel provides hands-on practice to students for fabricating, installing, and repairing aircraft wire harnesses. The exercises are designed to provide training that would prepare the students to comply with FAA AC43-13 and EASA Part 66 Module 7 requirements.
The panel allows wiring preparation and routing between various components installed on the panel, while following the standard and approved aircraft maintenance practices.
The trainer allows learning of Wire Routing Techniques through cutouts, bulkheads, and other obstructions, examples of which are installed on the panel.
The components installed on the training panel are aircraft grade and provide the wiring routing experience which can be translated to an actual wringing harness installation work on an aircraft.

Tools and Supplies included with the Trainer
All the tools required for working on the trainer are provided along with adequate supplies that would allow students to carry out wiring tasks. Additional supplies if required may be ordered.
Training Manual is provided with Job Sheets for hands-on training of the students for the trainer panel.
Computer Based Training (CBT)
The trainer is supplied with CBT covering relevant topics. The CBT contents are in accordance with Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) AC 43.13 and also cover the relevant topics of European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 6
